3-Ingredient Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

1 small lemon

1/2 cup tahini

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Halve and juice 1 small lemon. Place 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice, 1/2 cup tahini, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a small bowl and whisk to combine. If the dressing is too thick, whisk in 1/3 to 1/2 to cup warm water as needed until it reaches the desired consistency.

Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
